Installing the app
Do I need an account to use the app?
Yes. The app is free to download, but you sign in with the work email or mobile number your company registered in E-Tracker. Ask your HR or admin if you have not received your login.
Why does my phone warn about installing the app?
The app is downloaded from eudosoft.com rather than the Play Store, so Android asks you to allow “Install unknown apps” for your browser. Allow it once for this install; you can switch it off again afterwards.
How do I update the app?
Download it again from this page and install it over the old one. Your data stays in your company account, so nothing is lost.
I have an iPhone. What do I do?
The download on this page is for Android only. Message us through the contact form and we will set you up on iOS.
My company does not use E-Tracker yet.
Your company admin can register and start a free trial from the E-Tracker page, then invite employees to the app.
